She’s the woman behind some truly incredible real girl transformations, so what does Australian fitness guru Kayla Itsines choose to drink when she wants to stay in top form?

The Instagram star told POPSUGAR Australia that her berry smoothie is “really simple” and is “packed full of goodness”. It can make a good option for a snack or a quick breakfast for those on the go.

The Kayla Itsines approved recipe:

1 cup frozen mixed berries
Half a cup of Greek yoghurt
1 cup of milk (I would probably substitute this for almond milk)
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
Optional: Add 1 handful of spinach

Itsines told POPSUGAR: “The chia seeds will give your smoothie a delicious texture and are [an] amazing source of fibre, which aids digestion and keeps you feeling full, while the berries (jam-packed full of antioxidants) help support your immune system and encourage healthy, glowing skin.”
