These days everyone always seems to be busy. Whether it’s work, family, friends, sport, study or other commitments, it can be hard to find the time to get everything done. Along with this is the separate issue around the effects to our health and wellbeing of constantly rushing around juggling a million activities without stopping to breathe. The other day at work I was literally so busy that I was almost jogging around the office! I’ve been meaning to read Dr Libby’s book Rushing Women’s Syndrome as I think it’s a real issue with women in particular due to the various roles and responsibilities we have.
